Amiable staff, fairly clean apartment, fab location. The bed was so exceptionally comfortable thought I have trouble sleeping. The breakfast is simple, but fantastic with coffee. At a short distance from Grand Palais, walkable. Also, it is near a supermarket and a bakery😃

Great price for simple place. We had individual room, private bathroom and garden too, it was nice. The staff were really absolutely kind. Overall the service was PERFECT.
